I saw a comment on this question: “Is HR there to be blamed for layoffs?”
Reply: “Because HR is usually the mouthpiece, they tend to be blamed. Layoffs come down from the top, however.”
Well, instead of trying to convince the world whether or not it's your fault. Which technically, may never work out. Have you considered suggesting these tips to your boss if he recommends layoffs?
